The watch was very nice and the shipping was pretty quick. The only complaint I have is that the description never said the band was a bigger size (attached tags read 'new bigger size') so the wristband was way too big for my mothers normal sized wrist. We took the watch to get sized at a jeweler but they couldn't do it because of how the links were positioned. She told us that she didn't think anyone would size it because of this. Anyhow, had to send back. So if you have a bigger sized wrist you should be fine but if your wrist is normal size, this will fit loose and you probably won't be able to get is sized.
